KINGDOM WARS: God Jesus, Israel, against the world?
We are living in a time where we are continuing to see tremendous prophecy unfold as well as conflict and uncertainty.
From wars between nations, especially in Israel, to growing divisions within the Body of Christ, it can be difficult to understand what is really happening around us.
But what if the battles we see in the natural world are only part of a much greater spiritual conflict?
The Scriptures remind us that our struggle is not just against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness. As believers, we must learn to look deeper, beyond many of the headlines we’re bombarded with on a daily basis and remain grounded in God’s Word, while exercising spiritual discernment.
As we have continued to learn in our weekly Bible studies in our discussions surrounding Israel, Yeshua, the kingdom gospel and His soon return, throughout history, God’s purposes for Israel, the ingathering of the nations and the establishment of His Kingdom have faced opposition.
Even today, sadly, we continue to see disagreements and divisions among some of our Christian brothers and sisters over biblical truth, the ongoing relevance of Israel, and the role of the larger body of Messiah.
The question is just simply what is happening in the world, but how should we, as followers of Yeshua, understand these events through the lens of the Bible.
In these next series of studies, pastor Perez we will be helping us explore the spiritual battles taking place around us, the significance of Israel in God’s redemptive plan, and the importance of remaining watchful, discerning, and faithful to our Messiah in a world filled with confusion.
Our calling is not to be consumed by fear or division, but to stand firm in the truth, recognize spiritual deception, understand Israel biblically and remain faithful to the Kingdom of God.
